Dr Santiago Velazco coauthors an Opinion in PNAS: Predicting the way forward for the Global Biodiversity Framework

Dr Santiago Velazco (COGS) is a member of an important international research group who are working to develop predictive biodiversity models use quantitative tools and simulations to forecast changes in key biodiversity components in support of the Global Biodiversity Framework. They published an op-ed in PNAS urging the world to expand the systematic use of predictive models in conservation biology.
